This release introduces Multi-Leg Jobs as a core capability and delivers significant enhancements across Planning, Finance, Driver workflows, and platform automation.

Multi-Leg Jobs NEW!

Allotrac.io now supports fully structured Multi-Leg Jobs.

A single operational movement can now be configured as multiple connected legs under a shared parent job, enabling accurate representation of real-world multi-stop freight operations.

You can now: 

  • Create one job with multiple connected legs
  • Maintain full operational visibility across each leg
  • Preserve structured parent–child relationships
  • Ensure data consistency across rollover workflows
  • Align operations and invoicing under a unified model

Multi-Leg Jobs are designed for transport operators handling staged deliveries, multi-stop movements, and complex freight chains.

Smarter Multi-Leg Invoicing

To support this new operational model, we’ve introduced a new invoicing consolidation method:

Multi Leg Serial ID

When used with Accounts payment type:

  • All legs under the same parent are consolidated into a single invoice
  • Charges across all legs are combined accurately
  • No fragmented invoices for individual legs
  • Existing invoicing methods remain fully supported

This ensures your commercial model reflects how your freight actually moves — as one coordinated job, not disconnected pieces.

Planning Screen Enhancements

Version 1.5.0 strengthens the Planning Screen experience with:

  • Improved AG Grid stability and performance
  • More reliable data refresh behaviour
  • Clearer date range visibility
  • Reduced subscription and sorting errors

We’ve also enhanced configuration safety by ensuring only valid, active job field templates can be selected within Planning.

These improvements provide greater confidence when allocating and managing live freight operations.

Finance Integration Improvements

Xero Sync Reliability

Invoice approval and sending workflows have been hardened to ensure reliable synchronisation with Xero. This reduces the risk of silent failures and improves accounting confidence.

Accounting Plugin Stability

We’ve cleaned up legacy MYOB references and strengthened plugin lifecycle handling to ensure cleaner installs, uninstalls, and configuration management.

Driver Experience Improvements

Drivers now have improved access to their personal profile and documentation within the PWA, available immediately upon login.

This supports compliance-heavy operations requiring:

  • Licence management
  • Certification tracking
  • Ongoing documentation review

Additionally, proof-of-delivery handling has been stabilised to ensure signature-only submissions display correctly in the Web App.
