Do I need an account to use the Allotrac Mobile App?

Yes. To log in and use the app, you must have an active Allotrac account or have received an invitation from your workplace, employer, or primary contractor. If you don't have login credentials yet, please contact your company's Allotrac administrator to be set up.

Where can I download the Allotrac Mobile App?

The app is currently available for download directly from the Google Play Store for Android devices.

Is there an iOS / Apple version available?

Not quite yet, but it’s on the way! Our team is actively developing the iOS version of the Allotrac Mobile App. We look forward to launching it on the Apple App Store soon to support our clients using iPhones and iPads.

What are the minimum system requirements for the Android app?

To ensure optimal performance, real-time tracking, and security, we recommend running the Allotrac Mobile App on devices using Android 10.0 or higher with an active GPS and cellular data connection.

The app isn't letting me log in. What should I do?

First, double-check that your username and password are correct and that you have an active internet connection. If you still cannot log in, your company administrator may need to verify your account permissions or reset your password from the Allotrac Web Console.

Does the app work offline if I lose mobile coverage?

Yes. The Allotrac Mobile App is built to handle remote regions. It will securely store your job progress, signature captures, and data locally on your device while you are offline, and automatically sync everything back to the cloud once you return to cell coverage.
