How to invite a user to your Allotrac.io site

Follow this step-by-step guide to invite a new user to your Allotrac.io site

1. Navigate to https://app.allotrac.io/ and log in to your allotrac.io site

2. Click the "Manage" tab from the side menu

 

3. Click the "Users" button from the side menu

 

4. Click the "INVITE USER" button

 

5. Type in the "Email" for this new user

 

Please note that the email address that you type in here will receive the invitation that you're currently sending out. Ensure that you have entered in the email address correctly

6. Click the "User Type" field

 

7. Select which "User Type" you want this user to be from the drop down. A "System" user will have login access to the website application where they can create, edit and manage vehicles, drivers, jobs, projects and invoices

 

8. A "Driver" user will have login access to the driver application only, where they can complete the jobs that are allocated to them

 

9. If needed, you can invite this new user as both a "System" user and a
"Driver" user. This means that they will be able to login and use the website application and the driver application

 

10. If you have invited this user as a "System" user, click the "User Group" field

 

11. Select which "User Group" you want this System user to be from the drop down. A "Read Only" user will have login access to the website application, however they will only be able to view and not edit anything

 

12. An "Admin" system user will have login access to the website application where they can create, edit and manage vehicles, drivers, jobs, projects and invoices

 

13. Once you have configured this user invitation correctly, click the "INVITE USER" button as shown below

 

You have now invited this user to your Allotrac.io site. They will receive the invitation via the email you submitted for them and they will now be able to follow the onboarding form within the email to join your site
