Subcontractors & Partner Carriers
Allotrac Network NEW!

Allotrac.io Network is Allotrac’s connected business network for transport operators, subcontractors, and partner carriers. It allows jobs to be shared, accepted, updated, and completed across connected parties, giving the originating operator visibility and control while reducing the manual back-and-forth usually required to coordinate subcontracted work.

Rather than operating as isolated systems, connected businesses can:

• Share jobs
• Allocate work to subcontractors
• Share selected vehicles
• Collaborate operationally
• Control exactly what information is visible or editable between parties

The Network is designed for real-world transport operations where work is regularly performed by external carriers, subcontractors, owner drivers, or partner fleets

Carrier Tier 

The Carrier Tier is a free production-level tenant tier in Allotrac.io designed for transport carriers and logistics partners participating in the Allotrac Network.

The Carrier Tier allows external carriers to:

• Join the Allotrac ecosystem
• Manage their operational assets
• Receive shared jobs from connected tenants
• Participate in network-based subcontractor workflows

without requiring a full commercial Allotrac.io subscription.

Carrier Tier tenants are intended to operate as connected transport partners rather than full operational shippers or dispatching businesses.

Instant Job Sharing
Ad Hoc SMS NEW!

Need to send a job to a driver who isn't on Allotrac? Now you can. Ad Hoc SMS lets you share a job instantly with any external driver — no account required on their end.

• Share jobs with non-Allotrac users via SMS
• No account setup needed for external drivers
• Perfect for overflow or one-off jobs

This supports scenarios where a transport operator needs to use subcontractors, casual drivers, or one-off external drivers without fully onboarding them.

Physical Operations
Yard Apps NEW!

Allotrac now extends beyond the cab and into the yard itself. Bring your yard operations into the same connected ecosystem with:

• Weighbridge integration - Capture material coming into a site with accurate weight and ownership & sell and dispatch material from a yard.
• Loader & kiosk workflows - Manage physical loading/unloading work.
• Yard Queue & Throughput Management - Control what’s happening in the yard in real time.
• On-site point of sale - Handle walk-in or non-preplanned orders.
• Kiosk / Self-Service - Allow drivers to self-manage basic flows.
• Docket & Proof Generation - Create a verifiable transaction record.

Planning
Run Management NEW!

Runs introduce a new planning and allocation workflow that allows dispatchers to group multiple jobs together and prepare work before a vehicle or driver has been selected.

Instead of allocating jobs individually, dispatchers can now build ordered job sequences, group related work, organise the operational flow, and later allocate the full run onto an available vehicle shift.

Users can: 

• Create draft runs
• Add or remove jobs
• Reorder jobs
• Group related jobs
• Mark runs as ready
• Allocate runs to vehicle shifts
• Unallocate runs where permitted

This improves planning flexibility, reduces manual allocation effort, and allows operations teams to organise work ahead of time without needing to immediately commit jobs to a truck or driver.

Operational Reporting
Cost of Goods (COGS) & Cost of Service (COS) NEW!

Staying on top of your margins is now significantly simpler. 
Allotrac.io supports a multi-layer operational pricing model that separates:

• Sell pricing
• Cost of Goods (COGS)
• Cost of Service (COS)

This allows businesses to capture operational costs alongside customer-facing pricing, improving:

• Margin visibility
• Operational reporting
• Supplier pricing workflows
• Carrier pricing workflows
• Cost tracking across jobs and projects

The implementation is designed to support operational costing directly within jobs, projects, pricelist and contact relationships, while laying the groundwork for future finance and accounting integrations.

Finance
Payments NEW!

Payment processing is now a core part of the Allotrac.io ecosystem. Through an integration with Airwallex, drivers can now settle accounts instantly on arrival.
Whether it's through a quick QR scan, a digital link sent via email, or a real-time SMS, getting paid on-site has never been simpler. And stay tuned — tap-to-pay functionality will be coming soon.

AI
Allie AI — now with voice Updated

Talk to Allie hands-free from your phone or tablet. Push-to-talk or continuous listening modes let field staff get answers without typing. Allie remembers your previous conversations so you don't have to repeat yourself.

• Yard operators can check stock levels without leaving the forklift
• Drivers can ask “What’s my next pickup?” while on the road

AI-Powered Automated Workers NEW!

Configure autonomous AI workers that can read and modify your Allotrac.io data on a schedule or on demand. Each worker has scoped permissions — they can only access what you allow — and a monthly credit cap to prevent runaway costs.

• Auto-assign incoming jobs to the nearest available driver every morning
• Generate end-of-day summary reports and email them to operations managers
