At Allotrac.io, we are committed to fostering a respectful, safe, and productive environment for all users. By using our platform, you agree to the following Code of Conduct. Violations of this Code may result in temporary or permanent suspension of your account, including forfeiture of any pre-purchased tokens and vehicle licenses.

01. Respectful Use

We expect all users to interact respectfully with other users, partners, and third-party service providers.

No harassment, abuse, or discriminatory behavior will be tolerated.
Avoid using offensive language, hate speech, or engaging in any behavior that harms or threatens others.
Refrain from disrupting the platform’s services or other users' experience.

02. Responsible Use of Tokens and Licenses

Our platform uses Allotrac tokens and vehicle licenses to access various features.

Tokens and licenses are non-transferable except as explicitly allowed by Allotrac.io.
Misuse or manipulation of token usage or vehicle licenses to circumvent the platform’s terms is strictly prohibited.
Keep track of your token usage and ensure that any auto-renewal or pre-purchase options are set according to your business needs.

03. Data Privacy and Confidentiality

Respect the privacy and data of all users and third parties.

You must not attempt to access, modify, or share any information that you do not have explicit permission to access.
Do not use the platform for unauthorized data scraping, hacking, or exploitation of any vulnerabilities.

04. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the platform:

Any form of illegal activity, including fraud, money laundering, or violating applicable laws in any jurisdiction where you use the service.
Misrepresentation of your identity, credentials, or business.
Reverse engineering or attempting to bypass the platform’s security measures.

05. Fraud Prevention

Allotrac.io takes fraud seriously and employs measures to detect, prevent, and address fraudulent activities. Users must not engage in any fraudulent activities, including but not limited to:

Falsifying information to gain unauthorized access or benefits.
Using fake identities or businesses to create accounts.
Manipulating the system to accrue undue tokens, credits, or other benefits.
Fraudulent billing or payment practices.

Violators may face account suspension, token forfeiture, legal action, or other corrective measures as deemed necessary by Allotrac.

06. Third-Party Integrations

Allotrac.io works with third-party service providers like OpenAI, Adyen, SpaceInvoices, GCP and AWS. When using third-party services, users must also comply with their respective terms of service and conduct guidelines.

Unauthorized access or misuse of third-party services is strictly forbidden.
Respect the intellectual property and usage restrictions of integrated services.

07. Modern Slavery

Allotrac.io is committed to ensuring that modern slavery and human trafficking do not occur in our supply chain or any part of our operations.

Users, partners, and third-party service providers are required to comply with all applicable modern slavery laws and regulations.
We will not knowingly conduct business with any entity involved in forced labor, human trafficking, or any form of modern slavery.

Any suspected violations should be reported to Allotrac.io, and appropriate action will be taken, including termination of contracts or partnerships if necessary.

08. Reporting Violations

Users are encouraged to report any violations of this Code of Conduct to helpdesk@allotrac.io.

Allotrac.io will investigate reported violations promptly.
Violations may result in account suspension, token or license revocation, and reporting to appropriate authorities for illegal activities.

09. Modifications to the Code of Conduct

Allotrac.io reserves the right to update this Code of Conduct at any time. Users will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
